Cuba_Havana_1_SVARCHavana is the capital city of Cuba. Its inhabitants are estimated at 2.1 million.

The city has a very strategic location which turns it into a very important port and a major commercial and administrative centre.

Contemporary Havana “includes” three cities in one: Old Havana, Vedado, and the newer suburban districts.

The town houses a variety  of numerous ministries, administrative buildings, headquarters of businesses and over 90 diplomatic offices.

The city is a very attractive tourist destination and is visited by over a million tourists annually. Havana’s historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
