Antigua Guatemala

Guatemala_Antigua Guatemala_1_SVARC_resizedAntigua Guatemala (that means “Ancient Guatemala”) is a city situated in the central highlands of Guatemala with a population of 34-35 000 inhabitants.

The town possesses a well-preserved Spanish Baroque influenced architecture and a great number of churches from the Colonial Times.

That’s why the city was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site visited by thousands of tourists annually.
